Storyline

Amy's brother, Peter, who is single but approaching 40, has had no luck in attracting women. They find him creepy. Debra decides to help him by having a singles cocktail party at her home to find him a mate. Ray, first against it but then gives in feeling sorry for him, becomes mortified when Peter ends up attracted to Peggy "the cookie lady". Written by happipuppi13

For me the last two seasons hold some of the best episodes. This is one. The romance between Peter and Peggy could have been turned in to a spin-off show.
